I found myself occupied by very Scottish task when I got home from work: ripping bracken out of the nettle patch. I wanted those nettles for my juice. I collected some sorrel, spinach beet leaves, and a bunch of new nettle leaves from various places around the garden.
The first juice was made of 2 apples, 1 carrot, and 1 nectarine. It is heavenly.
The next juice was made of nettle leaves, some sorrel leaves mixed in, spinach beet leaves, an apple, and finally a lime thrown in at the end.
Finally I mixed the juices together, as the green one was too sour. A whole lime was too much... half one would do. It looks like green sludge, but it tastes like a margarita.

Sounds great!
