I know I'm about 10 years behind on things like this (popular literature) but hey, it's never too late to start reading trashy novels.
Wait--actually this is a great book. Trashy, yes, but also a hilariously tongue-in-cheek spoof on another work of great literature (Pride and Prejudice) and a very astute comic portrait of our times. Well, if you happen to be a wealthy, white yuppie living in London. Anyway.
Now I must see the film. Chick flick night, here we come.
