This is what I did today. Mmmmmm... only in California. And just fresh from the fields. What we paid for these strawberries doesn't seem to come close to covering the work that goes into producing and picking them. But that's the thing, they'll rot within a day if they're not sold. It's a crazy finicky risky crop. But wow, they are delicious.
